    The problem with the "plus one game" is, what if there were the only 2 undefeated teams at the end of the season?? then what would you do....you wouldn't need the "plus one"

    Still don't like what he did on our field, but I like what he said.And the comments about the team were interesting. If that's true then I have to admit their players have way more class than I would've thought.

    although i agree with what tubs said I also feel the same with mike's comments. espn is corporate dynasty and with it comes power. they were the ones who brought college football to this apex. they do suck nowadays in comparison to what they were initially but any media outlet carrying the weight of ESPN will have great influence. there's no 2 ways around it.

    the best part of the article was tubby showing a great relationship amongst the team and its players. good stuff.

    if you replaced tubs name with les miles, people here would be saying les is all class and you'd never see tubby's teams doing that. :hihi: :hihi:

    with that said, i refuse to like Auburn as i did pre-tub. i still hate the snivelling bastard and all he represents. well most. :hihi: :hihi:

    That is such BS. That would mean Holtz was born in something like 1890 which would make him 115 years old.

    He is old, but he's not THAT old :rofl:

    He was AT the Orange Bowl last year saying the SAME THINGS (except for the loser coaches). Where were you?

    And even if you did hear him last year, you would've said he was whining or something...why do you care?

    Other people on this board saw it and if I remember correctly, the consensus around here was that he was just embarrassing the SEC with his comments.

    I'm glad he's standing up against the sh!tty system we're stuck with. What's your coach doing about it?
