no shit, you've mentioned that before, 5 times a day, every fucking day. President Trump's speech was pretty good, he said much that I liked, a few things I don't agree with, but said nothing that I really disliked. I'm hopeful.

Speech much better than anticipated. He finally sounded presidential! None of the campaign boasting or mean spirited rhetoric. I can only suppose he has been reading my posts on the board. No one would be happier than for Trump to continue on this trajectory, leave the old Trump behind, and then go on to great success! What is good for him is good for our country. And I share even the most rabid you guys opinion of the Dems/ Liberals. They are a-holes. We will see.
Speech was very good. Hard for anyone to have any real big issues with it. I loved seeing the Dems throw a fit. Keep it up and they will have Trump for 8 years instead of 4.
Reluctantly watched it after the fact. Agreed with some of the things he said, especially about infrastructure, lots of things he didn't talk about, which sometimes it's the stuff you don't talk about that paints a clearer picture of you and your intentions than stuff you do talk about. He also seems to do the exact thing he has always done in his life, put his name on things and take credit for things that he didn't have shit to do with. He tried to take credit for Ford and Fiat and other companies bringing more jobs in when they had planned on doing that before he was elected. He is expanding government by creating some stupid agency that will cost us money to investigate crimes committed by undocumented immigrants. Really? Waste of money. All in all he actually had the temperament of a fucking leader for the first time in his life, which was refreshing, he didn't say anything about marijuana laws, which scares the fuck out of me. The last thing we need is a Trump Gestapo run by Jeff Sessions that little troll looking turd throwing people in jail who are abiding by the laws of their state. I'm not optimistic, sorry GDF, I applaud you for being a glass half full type of guy, but this dude is still a clown and he belongs in the circus. Fire away.
