    Not a fan of this pick. Another ivory tower elitist who worked for the Bush's....swamp rat. Screwed up the Vince Foster investigation and had a crappy ruling on Obamacare. No bueno.

    He had served as Kennedy's clerk but he will be more conservative than Kennedy.
    I was hoping it would be Barrett but maybe soon.

    He seems to be a solid pick. He’s very conservative and understands the limits of the constitution. He will be an excellent Justice. I have to say Trump’s picking SCOTUS Justices has been a pleasant surprise. He’s actually deferred to advice from serious experts.
