Carson said in the first debate that tax policy should be based on the church and tithing system and that God fella knew what he was talking about.
Trump's favorability so far, IMO, lies solely in his success at painting himself as an "anti-politician." He stands on a stage full of career politicians and brazenly calls them "idiots." He offers tough-guy, no nonsense solutions about international issues that won't work, but the common man loves them because he doesn't speak in political code, and besides....America!
See this I agree with. The populists are doing quite well. This question was posed months ago and the trend we are seeing is that Americans are sick to death of politicians.
You don't have to be aw Republican to know that there are times when filing for bankruptcy is the best and only option. I'm sure that a lot of business owners who are Democrats have done the same thing. Most average people who have to declare personal bankruptcy are lucky the law keeps them from losing their homes and cars and it's a huge struggle to become solvent again. That's the image most people have when they think of bankruptcy but its different when it's a business. There are different forms of bankruptcy and laws governing different chapters. Trump's bankrupcies are well known because all of his business have the name Trump. If he had given them names like Big Apple Property Management, Inc. or DT Industries it wouldn't be that big of a public issue.
Well that and it was real examples of things that could work. It also had elements from both parties. Trump is a smart guy. He knows he needs to rally people but no one expects him to have a plan. Well, his tax policy is the most center out of every one running. Just need the fine print.
