That statement is misleading. You could definitely work for cnn. He's not prohibiting freedom of the press, just some of them. Just like freedom of speech doesn't give you the right to yell fire in a church assembly, freedom of the press doesn't mean you have to let them in your house. Even still, if someone uses their "Freedon of speech" to slander someone, it doesn't mean you have to allow it.
