They are condemning him because he is inciting violence at his rallies and there is clip after clip of him doing so, most of which I am sure you've seen. Sanders hasn't promoted violence toward protesters at his rallies. That's the differnece.

If Sanders were promoting violence at his rallies then yes they could make a fair argument that he needed to "rein in" his people....but he isn't and never has.

 

If everyone got into a tizzy every time Trump accused someone of something, there would be no time for real news. He's the boy who cried wolf. Anyone with half a brain knows this isn't Bernie Sanders style and I seriously doubt Trumps accusations are true.
