I'm guessing that he hasn't heard the phone calls of Biden with the Ukrainian guy where Biden very clearly tells him to shut down the Privat Bank. He clearly tells him that Trump is going to start digging and will "find out what's going on" and then it will make trouble. To quote him "it is best for your financial and physical security" I'm guessing ol Tiger NC hasn't heard those.

No, these calls were made ~2015 -2016 when biden was still VP and hadn't surfaced until a year or so ago. The fact is the tapes of the call and what was said are available. Why does Garland do nothing?
