I guess I learned something new today. I didn't know the Company used active duty military members.

The contingent in Syria is not a “vanilla regiment” or whatever. It is made up of composite specialists based on the mission. The navy chief was an interpreter, the army guy, a Green Beret, and the DIA Guy apparently was managing intel assets in country. Not all that spooky, considering thery were amongst a larger group. If the fourth was a CIA guy, that would not be unusual either, they often work hand in hand with spec ops.

You believe everything you read. I don't. I look past the purposeful misinformation. This was a Company job. They were all specialists likely supplying money and arms to DAESH. From a Company perspective, Syria has been a failure. Liabilities can't come home.
