1) Violations of the emoluments clause of the constitution. Rather than separating himself from his Trump Organization business interest he has continued to be involved. He has used the office to get business for his hotels. He has been influenced by the Saudis by their use of his hotels. 2) Campaign law violations. He has been named as directing the payments to his mistresses for silence them. 3) Obstruction of Justice in Mueller’s investigation.
