The issue here is about whether or not Clinton lied, not whether or not there was classified info in some of her emails. What she said is that no emails marked classified were sent or received. She told the truth. Any classified information was sent by other people to Clinton's server, or retroactively classified once already there, without proper classification and without proper headers that would id'd them as containing such info. Tell me... HOW ON EARTH was Hillary Clinton or her aides supposed to know that an incoming email contained prohibited information if the email header didn't warn that the incoming email contained prohibited information? But the real kicker in all this? A man who is much more familiar with the law than yourself (James Comey) and a political opponent of Hillary Clinton's told Congress under oath that there was no indication Clinton lied about anything and wrote an interoffice memo to his own FBI subordinates that there was nothing close to criminal or prosecutable.

You are getting hung up on "classified email". Which is just political spin. There is only classified systems and information. You cannot send a classified email over public net. It is impossible unless you BREAK a law. She also failed to turn over all the emails and the FBI PROVED she deleted work emails. Emails she said she did not delete.
How on Earth? Well, A: SHE took training to identified said information. Training she admittedly said she forgot she took. 2nd, you cannot just walk around and "grab", "get", or "send" SAP data. Like this shit has LAYERS of security to access and even then, you have to be able to access it via a special list. Simply having a TS clearance doesn't grant access.
