Well, lookee there... the peddler of bullshit equivalences strikes again. From where did you learn that easily dismantled bullshit? Andrew Wilkow?

For the umpteenth time, you spectacularly dishonest idiot, the matter of classification is not at play in the trump indictment. Violations of the Espionage Act don't require that a document be classified, so your defense of trump's crime is spectacularly stupid.

That's not at all a precedent to these trump crimes, you spectacularly dishonest idiot. Berger was found to have violated 18 USC 1924, not the Espionage Act under which trump is being charged. Also, Berger didn't defy a subpoena and obstruct justice over and over as has trump, not to mention that the sheer volume and sensitivity of what Berger took is very petty compared to trump's thefts, you spectacularly dishonest idiot.

Furthermore, you dishonest spectacle, even IF classification were central to this indictment the DOJ has trump at least twice on tape admitting he didn't and couldn't declassify them.... which is the main reason he tried to hide them.

again, trump had the power to declassify everything. it requires no action on his part. he can just say he did and he did.

again, he can walk in his office, get the most top secret thing in there, and email it to me if he wants. he does not need to ask anyone or follow any procedures.

this is going nowhere. i know the media is telling you that the walls are closing in. the wise man might learn to be skeptical of their claims after all these years of constant wrongness.

next time the media says "lol trump is so furious and angry and scared and even the insiders are turning against him", just ignore it. even if they start listing multiple cases they think are closing in.

How clever you think you are by repeating your spectacular stupidity as a distraction from the truth. It's just been demonstrated to you why you're full of shit. Honest and intelligent people know that you're not the least bit clever.

When THESE people acknowledge that he has no defense, well...

Fox News: "A very damning indictment."
    Bill Barr: "He's toast."

Gee, I wonder why they wouldn't use YOUR defense for trump? Because they and not even trump's lawyers are so spectacularly stupid as yourself.

You know what the funniest thing about all this is? All trump had to do was return the documents. That's it. He wouldn't have been prosecuted. Just as Mike Pence was not prosecuted. Just as Joe Biden was not prosecuted. It's very understandable that former presidents and vice presidents and other people in power might have some holdover documents. It surely happens to just about all of them. But when asked for specific documents he lied, he tried to hide them, he personally directed a conspiracy to CONCEAL AND SHARE national defense secrets to which he's no longer entitled and which are potentially very dangerous to our security and potentially fatal to our military and intelligence personnel.

trump brought this upon himself, and only would-be traitors are defending that traitor.

It's important for understanding that even IF trump had declassified these documents (but we know that he didn't because he admitted so) he was still not entitled to possess them, under both the Presidential Records Act and the Espionage Act. And when he refused to return them by conspiring to hide them he committed serious crimes.. violation of those two acts plus obstruction.
