I'm not disrespecting Troy either although it wasn't as good a movie as I expected. It ended up being a poor-man's, Homer epic with Chippendale dancers sprinkled in.

However, I wouldn't overlook this film either if I were you. Troy could suprise you.

Troy Donahue was at his best in A Summer Place...and Sandra Dee (does my memory fail me ?) was hot..... :lol:

Very sorry to hear that the Troy band is not coming. I have been telling my friends for weeks what a treat it was going to be to see them if they came. I was a band member at Nicholls State in the early 80's when we played Troy every year and they had a DIV I band back then with a great director. Great band.
