    It sped up, was moving 3 mph overnight.

    4:30 briefing reduced the rain estimate for my area to 10-20 inches over 3 days.

    not sure about morgan city, but down in lower terrebonne, 10-20 stretched across 3 days is doable without major flooding.

    parts of houma would be up shit creek though.
