I already here excuses that Cal played bad because the coach might be heading to an undisclosed school. Probably UofL. lol Anyhow, Auburn like it or not, got the shaft this year. IMO
The West Coast Girly Boy teams LOL Cal LOL proves that USC has not played anyone again this year who is a good team LOL The West Coast Girly Boy teams Some Holiday, huh? No. 4 Cal allowed nearly 600 yards to Tech. ----ROCKY TOP'S SPORTS @@ The Girl Next Door
The best part of the game, besides Cal losing, was hearing the announcers slam the PAC 10. I think some are starting to see the light. A huge OU win would be sweet...
What part of giving up 520yards of passing offense did the injured Cal recievers play. Did they also play cornerback?
That was the final score with CAL scoring a meaningless TD with about 40 seconds left against TT's prevent D. The game wasn't that close, but wow you have to love how those PAC 10 teams play defense. :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: CAL would have been lucky to get Bowl eligible playing in the SEC. PAC 10 football sucks!!!!!!!
I watched that Cal-USC game earlier in the season. Cal was better in all phases of the game except kick coverage and fumbles. Should've dusted USC. Many thought Southern Miss giving them trouble was a fluke. Not so. Cal has been exposed. The thing most puzzling to me now is IF the Sooners really flog the Trojans, I mean beat 'em like a rented mule...how far would the Troyboys fall in the final polls ?
Likely just to #6, which puts them right ahead of the highest-ranked two loss team (which could be LSU, if things break right). Maybe as far as #7, if Va Tech beats Auburn in a good, close game (AU, therefore, should not fall as far as a USC team that gets beaten badly).
