    He is still in and around the football locker room. he was there friday so i dont see why he would be there if he was not planning on playing next year.

    Hanging around the locker room really doesn't mean anything. I am sure all the football players are still working out together and goofing around. Track athletes and football players hand around with each other all the time.

    He could still play next year but he has stated that he is focused on the Olympics right now. So that statement should mean he will miss some football depending on the Olympic dates, qualifiers, and if he qualifies.

    Which locker room, the New York Giants'? Holliday was in Gotham on Friday competing in a track meet. Les Miles has already given Holliday his blessing to not report to the team until after the Olympics are over should he make the team. So he'll probably miss the first couple of games, like Bennie Brazell did in 2004.
