well if we beat Oklahomo and USC were to win, but say they just barely win, The ap might move us ahead of them.
We are gonna get OUs votes, that will put us ahead, right now we are splitting midamerica votes with OU and we are only 15 points behind in the AP. The only reason why USC should be in is because OU didnt win their conference. That's the only stipulation they need to put in there, but Big12 and SEC reap all the benefits of playing the tougher schedule with the CCGs. Until the other wussies join the program and play a champ game, no unbiased person (or computer) will take them seriously. Miami of OHIO would put it to USC. USC is good, but they havent played a team with a defense YET! I hope we schedule USC out the box since VaTech wussed out on us! Settle this crap once and for all. There is no split championship no matter how much the press tries to poison the minds of America.
You guys are in the game that I wanted to see. USC is over hyped. The wolverines will bust them in the mouth early and often. Like I said in an earlier post today, take about six packs of sugar and make a tight fist around them. Draw way back and bust CBS right in the mouth. We're in the recognized NC game, and we're going to win. I'm now Michigan's biggest fan--and I'm pretty confident that they will win. I don't want to share the NC, but if that's what happens, C'est La Vie. We've all literally waited a lifetime to be where we are, and for it to happen in the Superdome with every rowdy, drunk Cajun in history hanging out in the Quarter, it's going to be incredible. Oklahoma, fortunately is the one who's being tapped as undeserving. We need to sit back, fly low under the radar, and wake up as the National Champs on January 5. It's actually going to happen, and we shouldn't let anything bring us down and take our happiness away from us. Period.

1. Trev is not a freakin' idiot. He is the Howard Cosell of the 21st century. It's his job to be controversial and to play off of May's conservative optimism. It's so obvious that he always takes the controversial position. He is the ESPN designated prick and he does it well. 2. Golfdude is way off base. The Rose Bowl is a sideshow. Southern Cal can hype it all that they want, but they will only have a mythical NC at best. The winner of LSU/Oklahoma will get the trophy and go into the record books.
