The third D'bag Chris Fowler says... Georgia "outplayed" LSU and still lost. What is this crap? They scored on a fluke 93 yard screen pass and that was the only TD. They were shutdown in the redzone, their kicker was ready to dirty his britches because of intimidation and he missed field goals. Outplayed? Next thing you know "they" will uncover a scandal that our D-line had arm extensions surgically attached so they could bat down the "Almighty" David Greene's passes. God knows we could have never won by sheer skill and determination. God forbid. As much talk as I've heard on the board about not playing Georgia again and hoping for Tennessee, and realizing that things can change dramatically in a very short time in the SEC, it sure would be sweet to wipe their butts on their home turf in Atlanta and tell these three on ESPN where to put it. I realize these three feces for brains opinion's on ESPN mean nothing and it's better to quietly rise to the top but hey, just venting a little!
That is horrible. Those guys suck. It took Corso(ok i said it) awhile to give LSU respect. As much of a clown as he is, he was the first to jump on the bandwagon. Ive read newspapers and magazine and watched many sports shows and LSU was hardly mentioned. They would rather talk about the MAC being a great conference. Even when we beat Florida when they were #1 we got no respect, although Faulk got the cover of SI. We did lose the week after but still. Did we do something wrong as a state or as a school for everyone to ignore us? I am really getting upset with all this garbage. Please let this be the year we get our respect. I cant stand the non-coverage of LSU. Geaux Tigers
Re: The third D'bag Chris Fowler says... Did you see Lavalais reach up and tip all those David Greene passes? The other day I played in a pickup basketball game with Lavalais and he was dunking without his feet even leaving the floor.
Re: Re: The third D'bag Chris Fowler says... Truly, if anything could have changed the outcome of the game it could have been 10 receptions instead of those 10 tips (11? something like that). Credit our D-line coaching for unbelievable preparation of our guys to keep those hand up... and the illegal surgically implanted arm extensions! Story soon to break by the ESPN Thursday night no-respect douchebag trio.
I applaud Corso because he sounds like he knows what he's talking about. I can't say that about any of those other morons.:cuss: :cuss: :dis: :dis: :cuss: :cuss:
Well, catching passes is part of being a good. If they cann't catch what the hell does that make them.
I think its a state thing. I know the country looks down on Louisiana like we are a bunch of dumbasses. It took several NC's in baseball to get respect. Same will have to happen in football. One game at a time boys.
It gets my blood boiling just a bit but maybe it's good for the team. Our players probably see some of this stuff and it could serve as motivation to prove them wrong. I think it's better than everyone saying, "LSU is the best team in the SEC and teams like Miss St. don't stand a chance, even Florida will get blown out in BR this year." If I heard that as a player, I couldn't help but think about it a little.
If monkeys could fly.............Trev Alberts is good for one pathetically stupid comment every Saturday. When you see him at halftime of the late game, he is always having to say that he was wrong about some team or prediction that he made earlier!:dis:
Let them say what they want. I hope they have to come up with excuses for Florida, Auburn, Alabama, and Arkansas after those games too when we win. Do any of their opinions change the fact that it is LSU that is 4-0 and it is Georgia with one loss? Our guys don't need to hear these "experts" telling them how great they are. Talks like that just add fuel to our fire; this is a very hungry football team that knows how to win and has the talent to win. Let's let the media give us even more of an edge by continuing to disrespect our team.
