    Did something change? Saints have been terrible with the draft the past several years.

    I was ranting about who they should have drafted instead with the first 3 picks but all 3 are in the top 5. I thought they had blown it big time when they let Reuben Foster slip through their fingers. Who would have thought that Payton would become so run oriented and make it work. My retroactive Dumbass of the year award goes to Butch Jones for not taking advanced of Kamara's many talents.

    Two seasons ago Sean Payton cleaned house with the scouting staff and brought in Jeff Ireland. Last season he cleaned out the coaching staff too. 2 great offseasons later, a division title and a trip to the Divisional Round of the playoffs.

    It's nice to see at least one of our teams committed to doing what it takes to win. Sean Payton wasn't gonna put up with mediocre.

    I thought Ireland was here longer. But yeah apparently he knows how to recognize talent. Detillier has been singing his praise and giving him the credit from day 1.

    I think Ireland 1st draft was 2015 with Peat, Kikaha and Stefone Anthony. Kind of a mixed bag..
