All credibility was lost when this writer said that Miles didn't "look smart." To talk about a coach's coaching abilities is one thing. But to talk about the way he looks is ridiculous and blatantly irrelevant. And this writer, Gregg Doyel, knows that. I believe he's trying to get a rise out of you, which is alluded to in his bio on the CBS Sportsline site - I would say send this guy an email and voice your disgust, but it seems like that's exactly what he's trying to accomplish by writing this crap. http://cbs.sportsline.com/columns/writers/doyel
I don't think it is and have said all along that Miles didn't have that Bob Stoops, Mark Richt, Nick Saban aura about him. There is an intimidation factor in a coach's appearance, in general, believe me, there is. Miles is no dummy but he does look like a dweeb and when he opens his mouth, LAWD. :hihi: They can't hang with him in recruiting though, he's bangin.
Oh come on, Tiga. THIS guy was named Coach of the Year by the AP and the Football Writers Association of America: I may or may not think that Miles's decisions have been very smart this year, but I don't knock the way the guy looks. Plenty of successful coaches don't have that "look."
Very true, I was just stating a fact though. Tubberville looks like a worm, he's still a great coach. :thumb: Miles is a lova, not a fighta.
Yeah, I have a National Championship and MANY undefeated seasons too, you really just mad cause I said ya boy TT looked like a worm. btw, batty and vball said they love it. :hihi:
