I am talking since youth here. Of course I still dont eat healthy cereals...

    Top 5 for me

    1. Frankenberry (The Champion)
    2. Coco-pebbles
    3. Boo-Berry (Hard to find I have to order online from General Mills - tends to make your bowel movements a light hueish blue)
    4. Trix
    5. Apple Jacks or Fruity Pebbles - Really torn on #5

    Good but have issues
    1. Fruit Loops - Never soften up tends to tear the roof of your mouth up
    2. Honeycomb - Its not small no no no, ditto as above
    3. Cookie Crisp - Great cereal but also causes damage
    4. Any cereal that requires you to ADD sugar such as Corn Flakes, or Life
    5. ET Cereal which was a Reeces Pieces type cereal - Just gross.

    1. Cheerios
    2. Corn Chex
    3. Mini Shredded Wheat
    4. Corn Flakes
    5. Rice Krispies

I despise the sugar-loaded cereals. Way too sweet.

    In no particular order:
    Wheaties
Kellogs Frosted Flakes (you know Tony the Tiger is an LSU fan)
    Mini-Wheats
    Granola

Lately I have been eating Kashi. Kashi is seven different puffed grains (wheat, oats, barley, brown rice, etc.) and nothing else. No sugar. The first time you eat it, it tastes like styrofoam. But after that it starts ... well, it never tastes good, but when you tell yourself you are eating something healthy you can manage to choke it down.
