    I wouldn't think so... with both South Carolina and Ky dropping in the computers... and the voters are gonna give "voting hype" to the BC/VT game Thursday.

    The good news is LSU has the better schedule from here on out than the other top five or six. If you and Oregon win out... and either OSU or Boston College lose... that's the match up.
    If BC and OSU win out, it's over. If, say OSU wins out, I'd be pretty worried about Oregon jumping you if the Ducks win out.



    That's my take anyway.

    Why would Oregon jump us? Are Alabma and UF not stronger than anyone Oregon has left, plus the strength of schedule we have already played

    Lots of "If's" but if Ohio St. and BC lose like most think they will; and USC beats Oregon and Arizona St like I think they will, and win out (Which I'm certainly wouldn't say with any certainty) they're right back in the thick of things. Maybe we get the matchup I'd love to see but they could also end up being the third man out again........wouldn't that create another stir?

    Doesn't really matter to me as long as we beat the teams who take the field against us, Bama's not going to be an easy game imo.

    you do realize LSU played Florida, too, right? and UK's drop doesn't matter, b/c it comes because of Florida's rise?

    Yes, I do realize Florida/Ky is a wash. I responded to a comment about LSU jumping to #2. South Carolina's loss doesn't help. You may jump to #2 next week, but not today...

    If I'm wrong, we'll know soon.

    BCS now out. LSU #3. The gap between 3 & 4 is pretty large. We're not too far from #2 now!
