Every year, all members of the sports media secretly meet with the guest speaker making only one statement. PUMP the PAC-10!

Because the media loves to kiss USC's A$$!!! They never want to give the SEC credit. The SEC is BY FAR the toughest conference in college football. But the SEC is in the south and we're nothin but a bunch of in-bred rednecks down here according to the media. That's why they love the Little 10, the Small 12, the Big Least, and of course the Wac-10.

I'm surprised there's not more outcry against Washington being #1. Does "Being a terrible team" factor in the rankings? Once again the media is honking Ohio St's horn - yes it'll be a tough game but please don't give me the same run around about how good Ohio St will be next season.

How many tough away games does Washington play? Two. @UCLA, @Hawaii. And if these two teams were away games for Auburn (or LSU since I'm on the LSU board), they'd be tough games but no where near the top four hardest games of the season. If Oregon St and Syracuse are tough road tests for you, then the problem isn't your schedule, it's you.

Tough home games? Three. Boise St, USC, Ohio St. I'll give them credit for USC and Ohio St but Boise St won't be the same team as last year. Ohio St won't even be the same team as last year.

Just because your team can't handle the annual competition doesn't mean it deserves the toughest schedule award.
