Our inept staff had months to get a coach and took the cheap way out and settled for the DL coach.

UT only took an hour, if that, to find them a coach and got the name that was atop everyone's list.

LSU is the joke of college football.

 

UT gave in to Herman's demands LSU wouldn't. If you would have been willing to pay 6 mil a year for 6+years (which I expect you will see Texas paid) You would have had him yesterday. Alot of talk this morning that LSU broke off talks with Herman when he asked for 6 Mil a year... You want to be tied 36+ million into a unproven coach with 0 P5 experience who lost 3 games to non p5 teams this year?

Even if Ed O fails I feel in 3 years you will be happy as will texas fire Herman talk starts that you arn't tied to a long term contract with the man.
