I am doing the math Baw. They offered Herman 6.0 They offered Jimbo 6.8

    That's an 800 k difference.

Jimbo wasn't $6.8 hough. Closer to $7.5. Also $6M was the number Herman threw out not what we offered. Your math is skewed.

Dude I'm disgusted with the hire. But the point is Les had to go regardless. He quit after that game. Fucking quit. He became a beaten dejected man. Fuck him for giving up as a leader of men.

Don't patronize me, freshman. I was being serious. If you think LSU was headed in the right direction by keeping Miles, then there's nothing I or anyone else can say to change that. It's your opinion.

Only thing I can do is ignore your childish dumbass

If you're willing to pay 6.8 million, over 7 million with incentives to Jimbo, then why not pay Herman? I get he is not as proven, but he has done just as much, with less at Houston. Jimbo has not won at a high level without Jameis, who is probably one of the better QB's we've seen over the years.

On the other hand, all of it is a moot point because Herman wants the Texas job. Also, if he was hypothetically, equally interested in both then Texas would outbid LSU.

I don't get the Gundy love either. He does well, but well is not enough at LSU.
