    He had a good run. RIP.

    I aways see him dancing with that umbrella when I think of him. The Benson boogie. Those were the early days.

    The first time I saw the Benson boogie, for a second I thought it was comical because it looked like he couldn't dance. But in the next instant I saw how genuine it was...how it was pure joy...how it was real New Orleans.

    It really brought the whole city together...it helped bring the city back after being destroyed by Katrina. Thanks Mr. B...boogie on !!!
