It was warmer during the Medieval Warm Period and quite a bit warmer during the Climate Optimum during the Roman Era. The world didnt flood and to the contrary thrived. There is LITERALLY NOTHING to renegotiate. Nothing was "negotiated" in the first place. The Paris Agreement is a collection of vows and commitments, not any sort of binding policy agreement.
