I swear I am starting to think you know me! Seriously though it is pretty bad when I am the only LSU fan in the place and they still turn it up! The owner is a hard core football fan so he understands the need!!!
They are too young to stay up just yet. Don't think I haven't thought of Mr. GGH taking over! This week, we have tried having Mr GGH (who prefers hockey :dis: ) do the bedtime routine solo. All is ok with just a little help from me until it is time for the youngest (who is not yet 1) to go into his crib. He will stand in his crib and SCREAM until I walk in the room and tell him to please lie down and go to sleep. And he'll stop crying and throw himself down and go to sleep. It drives Mr. GGH nuts. It doesn't take him long to drift off to sleep, though , and hopefully my oldest will continue cooperate and allow his father to read, help with teeth, etc., and let mama watch football. In Mr GGH's defense, he did grow up in Canada, and football there sucks. He is coming around after a few LSU games. Plus, my oldest, who is not very old, learned to clap during the Arkansas/Auburn game last year (started clapping when Aurburn had a bad call similar to LSUs bad one in their game, and the fans on tv were all p.o.'d :hihi: ). Mr. GGH knows when he is beat. He can either get with the program, or deal without the kids and I not paying him much attention during football season.
I'm going to try to make it to the Sports Bar with CS. However, as I told him, it's a game time decision. With 2 little ones, it's harder for me to get out like I used to; especially during the week. If I can't make it, I always have the 50" 1080p HD to fall back on.
In the den, in the lazy-boy, watching the Sony 57" HD w/ s.sound (for the first half probably.) Second half, probably in the back bedroom, watching the 32" LCD/HD with a COLD ONE!!!!!!!!!!!My wife.....:bncry: :hihi: :hihi: :thumb: :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige
On my 27 inch TV in my apartment in the armpit of Louisiana, Monroe. The TV is so old that it changes colors sometimes...the left side fades to a gold color and the right side fades to a purple color. On any other program it's annoying but for Tiger Football...NOICE!
I will be watching with the Nashville LSU Alumni chapter at the LongShot in Nashville. Following the game, my wife will continue her excellent service as my designated driver. We will be in Tiger Stadim for the VT game with several VT grad relatives. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!
