Lee missed the deep passes, that is on him, the rest was on the OC.

LaTech mostly had 5-6 in the box sometimes 7, common sense says to run since LSU usually has 8+ in the box with Jefferson in there.

Next week there will be 8-9 in the box and those runs won't be there and Jefferson can't hit those quick passes.

I agree it was great to give Lee the shot but it is very apparent that he is inept as a quarterback. I dont think i have ever seen someone have 15 min in the back field untouched and then throw AN INTENTIONAL GROUNDING!!!! He is just lost in the game.

Additionally was it just me or did any of you notice that when RS got in the team to come alive a little bit tonight. Why GC doesn't have him out in every play is beyond me. At the very least some one will have to cover him. To that end i think its time for GC to find some where else to coach.

You mean like last week when Jefferson did it.

If he would have threw a pick you be screaming at that. For the most part Lee gets the ball out there, you can complain about him all you want but holding onto the ball is not one of them.

Ole Miss played very well this week, our Coaches need to come up with a great game plan to win next week...

Russell Sheppard needs to be part of that winning plan, JJ will hopefully be back to 100% and also part of that plan. If Lee starts next week, I can pretty much say that it will take the game of his life to win.

Lets all hope Chavis has their number next week.

Actually Jefferson was pressured last week. Lee had no one around him what so ever.

He had time to throw, nobody was open, he could have done a better job throwing it away for sure... Jefferson could have done a better job throwing it away... but the difference is Jefferson has wheels.

Don't worry Lee's career is mostly over and if Crowton stays around Jefferson's career is mostly over too.

I'll give you that Jefferson has wheels. But Lee just looks lost during the game. He looked lost during that play as well.

Jefferson also has a better head on, people complain about him taking sacks, hell I complain about that, but really that is way better than the throws Lee makes.

Any other team has probably 3 interceptions tonight, LaTech has a horrible secondary and comes away with none.

You could see the frustration in the Wide Receivers body language tonight.

When an OC continues to call pass play after pass play when the defense is clearly playing pass coverage and you are not behind by a bunch I would look lost too.
