    I see LSU @ #11, OK @ #20 and USC @ #38.

Hmm... Seems this conversation has gotten a little worked up. First of all, OhioSooner, Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you and yours, and thanks for the wishes....

Saban or Stoops? Well, both excellent coaches, both have excellent football teams. But, we're all pissing in the wind by arguing who's better. Just like the teams, nobody will know for sure until they meet head to head... That's just the truth of the matter.... Jan. 4th, 2004 will tell us who the best coach and best team is. Before that it's all guessing and speculation. I will add, that I think Oklahoma may be taking the Tigers for granted just for the fact that they aren't normally in the NC picture... They should be very weary going into this matchup. It will be Oklahoma's toughest test yet... As will it be LSU's....

At LSU, all 3 do. In fact, we're the only school in the nation whose
baseball program is not only self-sustaining, but actually turns a
nice profit on a consistent basis. 6000+ fans at Tuesday night
games against the likes of McNeese and Centenary will do that for you. That's a bigger weeknight gate than some major league teams pull in...and that's TYPICAL.
