I haven't seen anything from LSU in quite a few years that would cause anyone to be in nickle. Forget execution, they just aren't very aggressive.

It’s a cat 4 right now and is making landfall, they haven’t left yet, and it could make travel an impossibility we just don’t know.

Yeh I just looked it up after you posted that. Last model I saw a couple of days ago had it strengthening to a Cat 2 then dropping to a Cat 1 at landfall... guess it had other plans.
It’s supposed to make landfall as a strong Cat 4, biggest hurricane to ever hit the panhandle apparently. With an eye pressure of 923mb currently, it’s a pretty serious deal. People that didn’t get out will wish they had.

Athens, GA is pretty far inland but I'll do my part to help. I'll donate a new lawn chair to replace the one that gets blown over.

    LOL.

Last time I looked it was making landfall as a cat 4 and could still be a cat 1 by the time it reached the outskirts of Atlanta.

Travel is really the issue, as @LaSalleAve eludes to.

The team should have left either yesterday or this morning.

So I went to rent a car for business travel tomorrow. None. No one has any cars in all of the greater OKC metro. I asked why and they said because of the hurricane.

I'm like wtf does that have to do with here? I could understand if you were all out of canoes but seriously wtf?
