Yeah guys, maybe bmy's right. Cincy looked like world-beaters in that 8-point as$-thrashing of the might Fresno State today. And NC State really made a statement with their own single-digit victory over the titanic Pitt Panthers earlier. We should definitely ditch Miles and get one of those two over here. Think we can get a flight out of BTR to one of those school tonight? We may be able to get the new coach here for practice on Monday.
We're close to being a very dangerous team. :wave: And to the poster who wants to see Shep throw.. no worries -- it's coming and it's going to be awesome. What scares me is that we're balancing on the edge.. and we'll either be incredible come seasons end.. or awful. Right now.. I can see anything from 7-5 to 11-1.
I don't think firing Miles is where it's at, hoss. If you aren't happy, just don't watch. But then again, I came up during the Hallman/DiNardo times. So, I say, suck it. You were spoiled and it's annoying. Stop it
maybe we can get Pete Carroll, and start losing to unranked conference opponents every year? or we can get Bob Stoops and never win another bowl game? or we can get Saban back, and get used to losing to non-BCS schools? or maybe fat ass Charlie Weiss will come over, and we'll never beat a ranked opponent again? Jim Tressel and lose every big game we play in? Mark Richt, and we can become Florida's permanent bitch? Houston Nutt, and only be successful when no one sees us coming? etc etc etc
Welcome to the present, really.. this program is elite and it should be held to elite expectations. I know you're used to being a good but not great program.. but why settle for that when we can stay elite?
And by the way... We take a safety on the botched snap, make a field goal and kick the extra point... Not as close at looked. But whatever.
