That's the fun part about being rich. The money works to make money all by itself . . . but you have to cash the check and invest the money.

I am a tightwad, I guess. I tend to think that letting 200 Large go by the wayside without a thought is a sign that you have too . . . much . . . money.

Alright, here we go.... 40 Tigers are on the final rosters of 23 teams today....practice squad announcements still to come. This doesn't include 3 additional players who are on IR or suspended. Eight teams - the Jets, Ravens, Jaguars, Chiefs (LSU-North only a few years ago), Raiders, Chargers, Lions, Vikings, Saints -- have no Tigers.

The Cardinals have the most Tigers with 4, followed by the Bengals with 3. Interesting....LSU has the reputation of DBU, perhaps deserved with 4 cornerbacks and 6 safeties on rosters. Yet for all the crap we've heard over the years (until last year) about LSU not being a throwing team, there are 8 Tiger wide receivers on rosters when you include the inactives. That includes James Wright, who didn't have a single catch his senior year. The only positions at which LSU does not have a player in the NFL are center, tight end and placekicker.

Buffalo - (2) CB Ron Brooks, DT Kyle Williams
Miami - (2) DT Anthony Johnson, WR Jarvis Landry
New England - (2) WR Brandon LaFell, RB Stevan Ridley
Cincinnati - (3) RB Jeremy Hill, T Andrew Whitworth, WR James Wright
Cleveland - (1) LB Barkevious Mingo
    Pittsburgh - (1) P Brad Wing
Houston - (1) RB Alfred Blue
    Indianapolis - (2) DT Ricky-Jean Francois, S Laron Landry
Titans - (2) QB Zack Mettenberger, DL Al Woods
Broncos - (1) LB Lamin Barrow
Chiefs - WR Dwayne Bowe (reserve/suspended)
Cowboys - (1) CB Morris Claiborne
Giants - (2) WR Odell Beckham, Jr, WR Reuben Randle, plus WR Trindon Holliday (IR)
Eagles - (2) P Donnie Jones, DT Bennie Logan
Redskins - (2) S Ryan Clark, LB Perry Riley
Bears - (2) DT Ego Ferguson, S Danny McCray
Packers - (1) QB Matt Flynn
Falcons - (1) DE Tyson Jackson
    Panthers - (1) G Trai Turner
Bucs - (1) WR Russell Shepard
Cardinals - (4) S Tyrann Mathieu, LB Kevin Minter, CB Patrick Peterson, S Curtis Taylor
Rams - (2) T Joe Barksdale, DT Michael Brockers
    49ers - (2) DL Glenn Dorsey, S Eric Reid
Seahawks - (2) CB Tharold Simon, FB Spencer Ware

And we've had some great college kickers the past several seasons. Of course the Saints don't have a kicker so maybe there's some hope. :)

They don't ask him to do what he was shitty at, he never has to watch a slot receiver man to man.
