Same here, its a go to place when the family airports in or out. Always fresh seafood. They also do a good job on the Stuffed Artichokes.
Never had the artichokes there but on Williams on the other side of l 10 there is an Italian restaurant that has great ones. I think its called Messina's. They also have the best grilled oysters I've ever eaten.
Report: Titans view Mettenberger as poor man's Brady By Dan Hanzus The Tennessee Titans have high hopes for Zach Mettenberger. Do they believe in him enough to pass on a quarterback with the No. 2 overall pick? David Climer of the Tennessean wrote Saturday that Titans coach Ken Whisenhunt and general manager Ruston Webster believe they landed the steal of the 2014 draft when they selected Mettenberger in the sixth round and view the former Louisiana State star as a poor man's Tom Brady. It's unclear what Titans brass sees in terms of a Brady-Mettenberger connection beyond their shared history as former sixth-rounders. Mettenberger was uneven in his six starts as a rookie, completing 59.8 percent of his throws with eight touchdowns, seven interceptions and an 83.4 passer rating. Brady, of course, helped lead the Patriots to a Super Bowl win in his first season as a starter. Consider it a huge gamble by the Titans if they choose to go all in on Mettenberger. Marcus Mariota (or perhaps Jameis Winston) will be available with the No. 2 pick and there have been whispers that Jay Cutler and Philip Rivers could be trade targets. If the Titans roll with Mettenberger and he flops, heads will roll come Black Monday.
Put Brady on last years Titans and Mett on the 2001-2014 Patriots and then make the comparison. Cutler! You cannot be serious! If the Titans roll with Mariota and he flops heads will roll then too.
Looking at the top 12 QB's drafted last year, only 4 did anything of worth. And yes, Mett was one that did ok, when compared to what the other did. Then again, he was on the Titans team. The first QB taken Bortles, struggled with 19 TO's. The second one taken JFF, need I say more? Teddy Bridgewater did well, last player taken in the 1st round. Raiders did well with Carr. And yes Mett, with only 6 starts, had more passing yards, better passing completion % and as many TD as the other two QB's (Whitehurst and Locker) on the team.
Which sort of furthers my position on never taking a QB that high in the 1st round. Its just too much of a gamble. Plenty of value at less complicated positions and you can really find value in a late round QB. Been proven too many times to be more than a theory.
