4.4 flat... probably not. Zenon never deserved to be a 2nd rounder. He's a good college CB, but has never been an elite talent (not physical enough). Tyson will do amazing at the combine which will up his stock, but don't let his stats deceive you - he's still a first rounder, although possibly not as high as projected before the season.
