No way he languishes on the bench. D Mitchell is a totally different player at the 2 than when playing point. He's deadly as a catch and shoot player but when he tries to create off the dribble he sometimes picks up charges from driving too deep. Voogd is OK bringing the ball up the court and but he is a step below what Tack's level. He'll have to be a leader on the court as far as taking care of the ball and taking good shots because, as PG, the ball will be in his hands more time than anyone on the team. And besides, when we play Florida, it will be the first time two Taureans will face each other.
"sometimes"? i agree about tac. lsu needs him. thin at guard. he needs to step up or lsu will be lucky to make tourney.
