    Turduckens Rock

Turduckens are awesome! If you've never had one Its a turkey stuffed with a duck and then a chicken seasoned and ready to eat. It's delicious I believe a man from Gueydan invented it first. Paul Pruduhomme serves them sometimes too. They ship Turduckens world wide now from that area and in NO too.

    As an appetizer.......

Pocorella's on Coursey in BR has these things called pepper shooters or something like that. It's some type of pepper (not reall hot stuffed) stuffed with Italian ham and cheese. Soaked/Marinated in olive oil and some type of red wine vinegar.

    Awesome but expensive.

    SabanFan The voice of reason

Reminds me of the Seinfeld Soup Nazi episode when Newman walked out of the soup kitchen and stopped to sniff his soup. Then he said JAMBALAYA!!!! and took off with his fat boy running style. Cracks me up every time I see it.:D :D :D :D
