This is the second bama player this year to get arrested for weed.

 

And this is different from Tyrann because he tested positive on a school-imposed test, which shows LSU has strict policies on the matter...he didn't get arrested like Dre.

If I am a black man in America today, and I choose to smoke weed, I'm cutting the dreads off. I know it sucks, and it shouldn't be like that, but I'm sorry people are going to stereotype you, and it really doesn't matter if you or I do it, or someone other than THE POLICE, do it.
