It's a good thing we've got someone keeping score.

OK, it's time out for both of you.

If you can't post anything nice, don't post anything at all. :D

:yelwink2: Good idea. Didn't mean to go off the deep end, but I do know ticket prices are big issue for a many fans, particularly those of us who come in from well outside the BR area. Take into the account many fans saw a 100%+ increase in the price of their tickets not so long ago with the surcharge, the subject of further increases is a touchy subject - a subject I don't think should be discounted just because someone doesn't like the originator of the thread.

For your information I do buy season tickets. I usually travel in for 4-5 games a year. Raising ticket prices almost every year is a big deal. Every game I attend in TS, I must drive 5.5+ hours to attend the game. I usually spend money on gas, dining out, and tailgating. I think I have a right to come on this site and complain. There is nothing wrong with the fact I haven't become a Contributor. I have a set amount of money I spend on LSU every year. Every game I attend is pretty much an away game for me. It must be easy to beat your chest and say how great of a LSU fan you are even when you don't attend the games that are pretty much in your back yard. I would say hope to see you at a LSU game but I know that won't happen anytime soon.

If you look I have been a member of this site way before the contribution thing took place. I don't frequent this site enough to justify the cost. I view it from time to time and post when I feel like it.

I never said you don't buy season tickets. That's not the issue I raised. You are a freeloader on this site. Apparently the only time you feel like posting is when you have something to whine about. I think you should pay for that privilege.

LSU needs to make money to maintain the status quo of our program. Skip isn't proposing the increase just to weasel a few more bucks out of the "poor fans". It's his job and at times he has to make the tough calls. To paraphrase the old saying: Lead, follow or get out of the way but by all means, quit crying about it.

    Rankin or Hinds?

I noticed alot of Rankin tigers on the way to BR for the AUburn game.

    Hinds, myself: Clinton.

Hinds for the moment, about to move to the Gluckstadt/Madison area this weekend. I'm starting to see a good many tigers around Madison county these days too.
