JD wasn't banned. JD did not support Blanco - he just didn't support Jindal and since everyone else did and JD likes to debate, JD critiqued Jindal. I am a tulane fan (Biggles and I are the only Tulane fans, to my knowledge, who grace your board) ; I am from NO ; I am an attorney (non-practicing) and teach at a state funded college. I have never met TUWHO in my life (I have met Biggles - once) and I haven't posted libelous attacks on anyone. I am from Louisiana, I like discussing things with La people and who people root for in football doesn't make much difference to me. As for the as left wing as you can get part, that's just silly, but not surpising considering the tone of this board and the treatment non right-wingers get. Among other things, I am getting a scolding above because, I guess, TUWHO and I agree politically (since we have no other connection at all).
JD is also usually wrong on everything so sensible folks would have to disagree with him.........He also like the Sox.
JD, my remarks weren't necessarily directed at you. I'm am extremely frustrated/angry when I read things that have been attributed to me that are utterly false. I'm sure you can understand the frustration when someone who you barely know and have barely spoken to secretly writes to people and tells them lies and actually tells them things that were never said. You and I had our difference earlier and we both came to an understanding. As I said months ago, if I didn't value you as a member I could have easily banned you (or anyone else) a long time ago. What's laughable is that I am being accused of banning people for being Jindal supporters when in fact I am/was a Jindal supporter. I don't use political affiliation as a means to ban people and if I did I certainly wouldn't ban "Jindal" people.

Free Speech Alley is not a corner for the conservative viewpoint even though there are more of us here than there are liberals. For whatever went on between Brett and Tuwho it has nothing to do with conflict about politcal differences. I, for one enjoyed my clashes with Tuwho, Biggles and JD. I don't agree with very much of what they espoused but unlike yourself they are at least intelligent. You are so far out there that you consider even the liberal Tuwho a right wing nutcase. I post on this section of Tigerforums because I am here anyway and if you look you will see that the vast majority of my posts are on the Tiger's Den area concerning LSU sports. How in the hell would you know whether me, JetStorm, SabanFan, TigerEducated, DallasTigers or anybody else posts on other internet forums on AOL, ABC, or anywhere else. I am sorry to see the other liberals go because its no fun agreeing with everybody but if you never show your face here again I won't be any more sorry about that than I would about never seeing another cockroach.
Brett, I have no problem with you and I like your site - I was just setting the record straight re my affiliations (as at least, by inference, I was linked with Who on more levels than just general political agreement in the other thread you wrote). The only communication I received from him was out of the blue on the tulane board in which he said he was banned and that he and some others were moving to tiger litter or some bizarre name like that. I told him i had rejoined Hail Reagan's site (which I have - just haven't activated) and will post in several places. Peace.
JD, it's a feature of this site that allows you to send private messages (PM's) to specific users so that only they can view them. Just another neat feature of the site that provides for better communication. It was being used to "lure" others away from this site and towards other LSU sites. Look up on the "control panel" area up top, and click on "Private Messages".
I tried to send you one, JD, but it says that you have elected not to receive PM's...You need to go through your profile and change the settings so that you can send and receive Private Messages... Right now, you have it set to where you can't get them... Change it...
