I never banned Tuwho I only removed his Moderator status. He chose to leave, cast aspersions and stir up trouble. I rarely come into this forum so I could really care less about the inter-forum politics and drama. I only expect everyone to follow the same rules everyone is bound by. Tuwho wasn't doing his job as moderator so I removed him from the responsibility. That's all. Next thing I know I'm reading a bunch of lies being spread about me and the forum. I don't have time for all of this BS but I'm not going to let lies go unanswered. Those that want to post please do. Those that don't, don't.
I have received two PM's over the past few days over people being banned, and was told by a certain poster in this thread that I'm, "On Brett's sh!tlist for my support of Bobby Jindal..." This was not spoken via "secondhand" information. This was told to me as a fact. I am also curious as to why it's so obvious that one of the "allegedly banned" members is back now posting as a different username, but is now posting as if he is in the third person... We all know that TNT was gone before this...though I don't understand why he was banned. He is hard headed, but isn't a troublemaker in my opinin. I would wonder why I would be warned that "I'm on a sh!tlist" of the moderators when in actuality you claim here that's just the only thing some here could come up with? Why would JD be banned for support of Jindal when in actuality he supported Blanco? How does that work? I have had problems in the past with the operator/owner of a site doing something (ie making a big decision about my long tenure on a site as a longtime contributor) without my prior consultation, but, I also believe that if you were entrusted with moderator powers, you don't come back to institute some clandestine effort to take away business and/or the good name of the person you feel "wronged" you. You pick up your jacks and you go play somewhere else, but have some integrity, and learn how to turn the other cheek. To use this guy's site to PM people that have no involvement in the situation in an attempt to lure them away is just really, really despicable to me... I miss you guys, and I certainly do wish that the hatchet could get buried, but I'll put it to you like this... When I got my ass banned from the Lair, it was-literally-for nothing. The man has still not produced a single shred of evidence that I am responsible for what he says happened, and he even has proof of it. That just doesn't matter, though. The man made a decision, even if everyone around him and who speaks to him knows he made a bad decision. He made one motivated by money and the fear of not appeasing someone who's responsible for making him money and giving him money as a charity. I can't help it. I haven't complained, or brought it up in public one single time since then. What do you guys do? Start some undercover project to lure members away and send PM's to people to get them to leave and go to other sites... Real classy...
What I was told is that Tuwho and JD and others have been banned from posting here. I wonder how I did not get banned also since it is clear the banners don't like opposing viewpoints. This is just a little corner for right wing nutcases like Bengal B and the rest of the right wing trash that could not think their way out of paper bags. You post here because if you posted on news message boards like those at AOL or CBS, or ABC, ones that get a lot of traffic, you would run up against people who know the facts and you might get challenged. You can have it. The ignorance of this bunch here is appalling anyway.
Again, just for the record. I don't have a shitlist and if I did Tuwho certainly wouldn't know about. I don't think I've spoken 5 words to Tuwho since he's been here. TE, you and I spoke several times when you first came here and we understand each other. You know that if I have a problem with you or anyone else I discuss it directly. I haven't said ONE thing about you to TuWho or anyone else. I'm sorry you were lead to believe otherwise. The more I learn about this the more pissed I'm getting. If anyone doesn't like it here, the colors I use, the decisions I've made or the way I run it, that's fine. But to use this forum to spread lies about me and what has take place here is unacceptable. I haven't TOLD Tuwho or ANYONE ANYTHING ABOUT ANYONE HERE ON THIS FORUM. NOTHING! I take running this forum and everyone's privacy VERY SERIOUSLY. If I have a problem with anyone, they hear from me personally and worst case scenario the are banned and if you are reading this right now you haven't been banned. My apologies to those of you that were mislead by an obviously bored and bitter person. Take a look around at the way I run the forum and see if the lies you were told matches with what you know about me.
If I banned people with opposing viewpoints you would have been banned a long time ago. You are the most vitriolic poster here and you've never once been silenced or banned. Bye bye. You will not be missed.
