When it comes to getting positive media attention, LSU will never be able to compete with USC or ND. Never. No matter what we do or how many times we do it. I accepted this fact two or three years ago. As such, this issue doesn't bother me anymore, and I'm not the least bit surprised that LSU's 2003 BCS Championship is hardly ever mentioned anymore in the media. I know that we all know this . . . and I know that we all remember the media hype leading up to our 2004 Sugar Bowl game against Oklahoma. Wasn't the media discussing whether Oklahoma was the best college football team of all time? That's what I remember.
Exactly. No way that Benson pays or gives Petey the control he'd want to leave SC. If this is true, it has to be about a possible move to LA
cmon guys, usc is very classy. nbc just awarded them the ADT Good Sports award for the way they handled the loss. really, no kidding.
AUNuma, thanks for posting that 3 days later yet again. Barn must get things a bit late if ever
I couldnt agree with this any more. Acceptance is about the only real solution for LSU fans. It sucks but, the SEC is still viewed (by the experts mind you) as the best conference. Talent is talent and it shows in the NFL. Media attention is pretty much meaningless without the talent to back it up and USC proved that this year in the Rose Bowl (congratulations to Texas BTW).
