I am just glad that some of the people that post threads are not Coaching LSU. If you didn't see the game don't make comments!!! It wasn't MF fault that the offensive line couldn't block the mighty Toolame D-line!!!! :nope:

I'll say it again - could it be possible that CLM, who spends a minute or two more with these two fellas and possibly knows more about their abilities and limitations than even our friend, destrehan, has the team's success in mind when he decides who to start and how to interject RP into the game? I don't know, he seems pretty qualified, despite having lost those 4 games in the last 29.

There are SO MANY ways we can win or lose this awesome SEC matchup that for anyone to make a prediction based on the relative starting order of - let's face it - two relatively inexperienced QBs WHO WILL BOTH PLAY is silly.

I know Destrehan. I graduated from Destrehan. I played football at Destrehan. You're no destrehan.....(kidding about the last part, brother....)

if you people can't see that flynn has looked like crap the past few weeks then i don't know what to tell you. have you seen RP play in high school? he's the best qb to ever play HS football and i'm not even exxagerating. his arm strength >>> flynn

    footwork >>> flynn

    accuracy >>>> flynn

    speed >>> flynn

    poise >>>> flynn

High school? You think high school compares in any way to college football?

college game pressure >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> high school game pressure

LSU vs. Florida game pressure >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> high school game pressure

college offensive scheme difficulty >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> high school offensive scheme difficulty (i.e., give the ball to your most talented player, rinse, repeat)

college defensive scheme complexity (i.e., readibility) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> defensive scheme complexity (i.e., everyone try to stop the other team's most talented player)

earning your teammates' confidence in college (where there's more parity in talent) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> earning your teammates' confidence in high school

my reference to his high school exploits were merely to illustrated how far more talented he is than flynn. he OBVIOUSLY is every bit as good in college as he was in HS, just against even tougher competition. RP will be the best QB LSU has ever had when it's all said and done.
