Matt is a much calmer QB, has more experience in pressure situations. The 2 QB system is working well, RP's running opens the pass. In turn, when Matt comes in after RP has success, the run works well. The key to a good game on offense, is Matt's ankle...it will control his accuracy on all the throws.

dude, it RP starts this game, we will lose and maybe by quite a bit.

RP is going to be a fine starter for us....starting NEXT YEAR. He has been in exactly zero high pressured situations and God help us if for some reason he is running the show with the game on the line. Again, the kid will be a good one, but for pete's sake Flynn is a 5th yr starter who is not rattled easily and the guy is a pretty good quarterback in his own right.

 

Matt Flynn already has more games against Top 10 competition (at the time they played) without a single team turnover than the 2 previous LSU QB's combined.

Why would you take someone out a veterean starter for someone who has started one game?

So we should remove a 5th year Senior who is a proven leader of the team, and has nothing but 100% respect from the team? The Salt and Pepper Connection cant be broken.

RP will be great, but it's not his time.
