Those dogs ain't mean. My sister had an Australian Sheppard that met an untimely demise because it kept biting family members.
They are pretty aggressive towards other animals. I've seen some pretty nasty behavior from the Akita's. There is a lot of wild in that breed.
Not only are they typically mean, they are big AF. There are lots of dogs that don't bother me as much but I still keep a wary eye on them....boxers, chows, huskies, rotties. Rhodesian Ridgebacks are considered dangerous but I have yet to encounter even one of them that exhibits dangerous behavior. Great dogs, but too much in-breeding. This Presa right here, named Bane..... is the dog who mauled and killed that female lacrosse player in San Francisco back in 2001. The dog was owned by a high-ranking member of the Aryan Brotherhood and his attorneys (husband and wife) were caring for the dog while he was in prison. Turns out, they were all making bank off of breeding and fighting Canarios. The female attorney was the first person ever convicted of murder in CA over a dog-mauling. Kimberly Guilfoyle was second chair for that trial.
I dunno vball. I know people call a lot of dogs pit bulls, erroneously, but to say they shouldn't scare anyone. There's a lot of info that says otherwise. Then to speak ill of a golden? Shame on you. Seriously though, I've never heard of a golden retriever mauling anyone. I've never known one to be aggressive as you describe either and I've been around a bunch while hunting over the years. How would you respond to stats and studies such as these? http://time.com/2891180/kfc-and-the-pit-bull-attack-of-a-little-girl/ Read more here: https://www.sunherald.com/living/pets/article211264119.html#storylink=cpy https://www.sunherald.com/living/pets/article211264119.html https://www.city-journal.org/html/scared-pit-bulls-you’d-better-be-11995.html https://www.livescience.com/27145-are-pit-bulls-dangerous.html
One of them looks like a chow. I had a friend who had a chow who would try to bite everything who went to his house. Except me. I took care of the dog for 2 weeks when he was a puppy and my friend went out of town.
In context, she stated their aggressiveness towards other animals which, is true. I had GR's for many years and their behavior towards other dogs is a little more than loving and compassionate. I really don't care for GR's...at all, but the ex had to have em. Bitch. I prefer Irish Setters above all others. I would say there are a lot more fucked up PB owners that originally thought. Similar to "it ain't the gun, it's the gun owner".
My brother has an Austrian shepherd who is the friendliness dog in the world. She loves everything except my nephew's girlfried who she always barks at.
