    Most lawyers are DEMOCRATS and one of the most overlooked facts is how much frivolous lawsuits cost Americans. DEMOCRATS always block any real tort reform and loser pays bills. It's sickening the lawsuit commercials on TV, radio and billboards.

    The court could have, and should have ruled it frivolous and tossed it out. I get holding the guy who infected the woman accountable, but how is the company that insured the car possibly to blame?
