Most lawyers are DEMOCRATS and one of the most overlooked facts is how much frivolous lawsuits cost Americans. DEMOCRATS always block any real tort reform and loser pays bills. It's sickening the lawsuit commercials on TV, radio and billboards.

 

It will be years before shes sees any money because of the appeals. Im sure the award will get reduced, if not outright overturned.

You have some dumb posts, but this is one of the dumber ones. All lawyers are greedy pissbags. You throw out political affiliations like the left throws out race cards.

 

This really is not the fault of the Court. Nor is it Geico's. The villain here is the arbitrator. I assume Geico felt like no sane arbitrator would rule in her favor. The Court really had no choice but to affirm the arbitration, or just about destroy the whole process of arbitration, itself.
