This Bama rematch is simply feeling anti-climatic to me

LSU fans must face the fact that it is simply impossible for this LSU team to be as motivated for this rematch as Alabama will be. This will be Les Miles' tour de force victory if he pulls this off.

Well that is from a fans perspective. The fans are not as excited either. You are right. This will be Miles' toughest challenge from a motivational stand point. But I am confident, given the time to prepare for a big game, Miles is one of the top coaches in the country. In fact his record is better than Little Nicky in bowl games. I'm counting on him to work his magic one more time.:champs:

Did a bama fan really just have the audacity to come in here and say that we were held below our offensive average on Nov 5th? While that may be true, I wouldn't exactly use it as a talking point considering that they didn't even break 100yds on the ground.

Oh, and apparently anything beyond the 30yd line isn't considered part of the field since they supposedly "marched up and down the field" on us. Hell, the only time they got past the 30 after the 1st qtr was in OT and they went BACKWARDS!

Lol. Come on, you stupid gump. We know that brainpower is low in your neck of the woods, but at least give it an honest effort.

We are annoyed at having to beat a team that should have taken itself out of contention by losing to LSU at home in "The Game of the Century". I wanted to humiliate Stanford or Oklahoma State. We beat Bama regularly, it not that big a deal.

You haven't been reading the papers, the internet, or TV have you? There is a ton of controversy.

Yes, we did. At your place.

And vice-versa, so what is your point?

LSU got inside the Bama 20 three times and came away with three field goals. Bama could not get inside the LSU 20 and missed too many long kicks. Bama turned the ball over. Bama used gimmick plays that did not work. There are a lot of obvious reason why LSU won the game and Bama lost it. And the loss should have eliminated you.

Did you watch the last two LSU/Alabama games? That is what is coming.

yet you couldn't make it inside the 20. As I recall, Reuben Randle let a touchdown pass from the 3 go off his hands and Michael Ford had one called back because he stepped out at the 3. So, all that moving up and down the field you guys did, which by the way you only had 50 more yards of total offense than we did, got you nada except a big fat L. Get used to it pal, gonna be alot more of those to come, and no LSU isn't scared of playing you again, in fact, the opportunity to embarrass Alabama twice in one season makes my mouth water. Bring it.

Gotta emphatically disagree with that. The tigers will have PLENTY of motivation and it's not a matter of Miles "pulling this off", it's a matter of Miles doing what he does.

I agree, all this football team has to do is read the headlines everyday since Nov 5th, they have plenty of motivation already, an undefeated season, Winning a BCS Championship but I suspect this team will take it personal. All the headlines and the slogans of the Bama Elitists who think they are so much better than everyone else. Hell, this is the first time I wanted to suit up as a fan and run over these Elitists, actions are more powerful than words. Put up or STFU!

Sourdoughman's been getting emotional lately. I like it. Sounds like you are ready to suit it up. I'd put you out there, if I were coach... at least for a play.

I'd let him go run across the field to remove the kicking tee after the opening kickoff.

I don't want him to get hurt.
