I can't get past the mega oversalting of Chili's burgers. There are too many good bar grills in Baton Rouge for me to hit that up, and if I'm somewhere strange I'll almost always give any other place the nod before I result to Chilis.
That is New York pizza. Shlitz is no where near the best New York pizza I have ever had, but even a top notch New York slice is just oozing with grease. I still think it may be the best pizza in Baton Rouge. Baton Rouge pizza is about as good as Baton Rouge bbq.
I heard one of them closed i havent been to ne in a while. (FG is the closed one) a lady who use works there now works at the restaurant in the golf course is Patterson.
The only thing I like at Chili's is the skillet queso. Order at Joe's Crab Shack and you get Long John Silver's at double the price. Red Lobster is deserving of a prominent place on this thread. Trejo's, a locally owned Mexican chain in the Shreveport-Bossier area, is beyond bad imo. How they have managed to open 5 or 6 locations is beyond me.
