    Yeah its by Ken burns the guy who did the civil war and baseball. It was all on PBS originally. Everything he does is very well done.

    My dad is a Korean war vet but he felt very deaply for the way the vietnam guys were treated. Maybe because the Korea guys were also treated with almost no respect.

    Viet Nam is why I'm already against the next war.

    Under the right circumstances it's okay. Vietnam was just a big C.F. from the start

    They couldn't win

    At least not with the strategy they had. Watching this show I'm not sure if there would have been one that would have worked.

    100 more tons than was dropped in WWII I think was the number I heard. That was just on the Ho Chi Minh trail. They just kept coming. This is the exact thinking that the command had and exactly why it never worked. Gross miscalculation of the pulse of the people.

    ..... and if we'd won, what would we have gained? Look how it's worked out,.. Vietnam is now known as "the tiger of the Pacific", a capitalistic dynamo,.. Nike's production alone in Vietnam (2014), more than 330,000 workers in 67 factories.
