Taylor was a Scotty Pippen complement type player. Nothing more.

we lost all 4 times we got into playoffs, none of those times was it against the 49ers....it had all to do with a guy named Smith

Bradshaw has 4 rings, is in the HOF, and has a pretty good gig with Fox.
Who gives a shit what his stats/ratings are.

Valid point, but we never had a bye any of those times. That extra week might have made all the difference in the world. Smith gets a bum rap. He was just executing the offense Mora wanted. Mora believed 10pts and the dome patrol defense was enough to win. And it usually was.

Would be interesting to see the ratings if you remove the regular season and show just the playoffs, when it really matters......I bet there isn't a Manning on the list and there's a Brady at the top of the list.

Joe Montana is the greatest QB in the history of the NFL, I don't care what his rating is.

He played great in Bill Walsh's system.

I hated him back in the day. During that time the Saints sucked so people around here usually pulled for the Saints plus another team that actually had a chance of winning. I was a huge Dallas fan with their great defenses and legendary coach. Montana made those great defenses look very average. I don't care what system he played in HE IS the greatest ever.

I would love to see Brees get to play with that Denver D or some of the defenses Brady played with earlier in his career. I believe it is the only reason why he doesn't have multiple rings.

Manning would be the greatest regular and postseason qb if he played for belichick.
